Built for immigrants who care deeply about family health.

Radplasm was built for the Indian diaspora — and for anyone living abroad whose family's health is still rooted back home. If you grew up trusting Indian doctors, navigating a different healthcare system can feel isolating. We're here to bridge that gap, wherever in the world you are.

🤝

Someone Who Understands You

Speak openly with a physician who shares your cultural background, understands your family health context, and communicates in a way that feels natural — whether you're in Canada, the UK, the US, Australia, the Middle East, or anywhere else.

🧬

Culturally Informed Medicine

Indian physicians understand your diet, family history patterns, Ayurvedic background, and the cultural context that can be invisible to Western practitioners. That context matters clinically.

🔍

True Independence

Our physicians have no commercial relationship with any hospital or pharmaceutical company. Their only obligation is to give you an honest, unbiased clinical perspective.

⏱️

No Waitlists. Same Week.

Getting a specialist appointment abroad can take months. With Radplasm, you can speak to a senior Indian physician this week — sometimes today — from wherever you are in the world.

🔐

Completely Private

Encrypted Zoom sessions. Secure payments via Stripe. We do not share your information with any third party, hospital, or insurance provider — ever.

📄

Bring Your Records

Share CT scans, MRIs, blood reports, pathology slides, discharge summaries — directly in the Zoom session. Our physicians review them with you in real time, whether those records are from India or from abroad.

Things people ask us.

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. Radplasm provides independent informational physician consultations only. Our physicians help you understand your health situation and think through questions to raise with your local licensed doctor. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

Will I receive a prescription?

No — not under any circumstances. Radplasm physicians cannot and will not issue prescriptions, referral letters, medical certificates, sick notes, or any clinical documentation. If you need any of these, please visit your local licensed healthcare provider.

Is this a substitute for seeing my doctor?

No, and we want to be very clear about this. Radplasm is not a replacement for your local GP, specialist, or any medical care. It is a private conversation to help you better understand your situation — nothing more.

Are the physicians real and verified?

Yes. Every physician on Radplasm is registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the National Medical Commission (NMC). We verify credentials before onboarding.

Where can I book from?

Radplasm is available globally. Whether you're in Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, the Middle East, or anywhere else — as long as you have a stable internet connection and a Zoom-compatible device, you can book.

How does payment work?

Payment is processed securely via Stripe before your session is confirmed. We accept all major credit cards. Your session link is sent immediately after payment confirmation.

Can I share medical documents?

Absolutely. You can share scans, reports, discharge summaries, and other documents directly in the Zoom session via screen share, or email them to us in advance so the physician can review before your session.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge via the Calendly link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Is my conversation private?

Yes. Sessions are conducted over encrypted Zoom calls. We do not record sessions without explicit consent. Your health information is never shared with insurers, employers, or any third party.

Can family members join the call?

Yes. You are welcome to have a family member join your Zoom session, especially if they need language support or are helping manage an elderly parent's care. Let us know in advance.
